Today, Brian received a reply from the Clerk to Mr Mansfield:
Dear Sirs
You have so many areas of law that would need covering that no individual barrister would be able to take this matter on.
Also, the matter seems so complex that no one in these chambers would accept the instruction unless coming via a solicitor.
I would recommend that you try a much larger set of Chambers who will have a larger pool of direct access barristers who could assist.

It was, as one would expect, a polite response. The reality, of course, is that the Government created so many bogus convictions against Brian and caused so much deliberate chaos that it prevents barristers from taking on the case.
However, as Brian learnt at university in 2010 when studying Law, in cases such as Brian’s, you simply take one element of the overall jigsaw, easily win that case and all the rest follow. For example, in the photograph opposite, Brian is being unlawfully arrested by armed officers from the Norfolk Constabulary. The Chief Constable at the time claimed: “There is no record of this arrest.” Clearly that makes it unlawful and any half-decent barrister could win that case easily and all the other Claims that Brian has against agencies of the State would fall like dominoes.
But then, once Brian wins that case, it leads to child trafficking in Lambeth, child abuse in the Harpenden children’s home, corruption in Scotland Yard, and the Murder Hoax in the Tony Martin case from 1999-2000. Once you prove Fraud & Corruption in one case, you can easily prove it in all of the cases which is why the legal profession does everything it can to squirm its way out of assisting Brian.
Miscarriages of justice do not “just happen” – they are usually deliberately engineered and “the legal profession” (held up as a shining light to the rest of the world) is merely a puppet of the government engineering the false narratives.
