Brian Pead has five bogus convictions against him (as well as a mountain of alleged breaches of Orders illegally made relating to those bogus convictions.)
The famous law Lord, Tom Denning, stated in Lazarus Estates Ltd v Beasley, in the Court of Appeal as long ago as 1956:
“No Court in this land will allow a person to keep an advantage he has obtained by fraud. No judgment of a court, no order of a Minister, can be allowed to stand if it has been obtained by fraud. Fraud vitiates everything.” (‘Vitiates’ means ‘cancels out’ or nullifies.)
He added:
“If a court or public authority went wrong in law, it went outside the jurisdiction that the public conferred it. Its decision was therefore void. It had jurisdiction to decide or act rightly but no jurisdiction to decide or act wrongly.”
“It is beyond doubt that, if a tribunal, court or public authority fails to observe the rules of natural justice, or is biased – its decision is a nullity and void.”
It really couldn’t be any simpler could it – from the very moment that a Court or public authority goes outside of the Rule of Law, everything arising from that moment onwards is a nullity and void. Thus, any court order made outside of the Rule of Law has no legal weight from the very moment it was made.
On 8th July 2026, King Charles granted Ruth Ellis a conditional pardon for the murder of her abusive lover – it was a conditional pardon because she did actually shoot her lover dead, although there were many mitigating circumstances which were never discussed in court.
Brian Pead has written nine Open Letters to King Charles and his son, Prince William, requesting an unconditional pardon – unconditional because Brian has committed none of the crimes alleged against him.
