At the age of two, following their mother’s desertion of the family home, Brian Pead and his brothers (Robert, 4 and Alan, just six months) were placed in the Methodist-run children’s home in Harpenden in Hertfordshire, some 55 miles away when children’s homes were available much nearer to the family home.

The Admin block at the Harpenden children’s home

The Home was rife with child abuse in all its forms: physical, emotional and sexual. For example, by the age of 5, Brian would regularly be dragged from his bed in the middle of the night to perform oral sex on one of the ‘sisters’ running the Home.

Given the number 38316 (which is tattooed on his left arm – see below) his book The Abuse of Child #38316 gives some indication of the sexual abuse, but he is currently working on a much more detailed book called The Horrors of Harpenden.

Robert was abused not only in the Home but also at seaside towns where he was taken without his father’s knowledge or consent and regularly buggered by groups of paedophiles who had come across from the Continent on the ferry. Substantial sums of money changed hands for his ‘services’ though Robert received nothing more than occasional sweets.

Alan was abused from the time he was in nappies. After he was put away as being “uncontrollable” (he wasn’t) at the age of 12, he was again abused on a daily basis at the Royal Philanthropic Approved School in Redhill (which was anything but ‘philanthropic’) and again when he was transferred to Mile Oak Approved School near Portslade in Sussex.

Once he was in the clutches of the system, he was abused by third parties on the Approved School premises and also in many different locations ranging from boarding schools (because allegations have been made that children were moved around for the sexual gratification of VIPs and others) to hotels, and even to Buckingham Palace. (And if you go back in history to around 1890-1900, you’ll find that the British Establishment facilitated the passage of 11-year-old virgins [they had to be virgins] from England to Belgium for the sexual delectation of King Leopold, using taxpayers’ money. History shows that the British Establishment wanted Leopold as an ally in their conquest of Africa.)

Brian Pead was first published in 1986 when his first book Liverpool Football Club: A Complete Record 1892-1986 reached the best-sellers list in Liverpool. In total, he produced five books on the entire history of Liverpool FC, recording every match the club has played since 1892. He attended the ill-fated Hillsborough Disaster in 1989 and noted the “authorities” lies about that shocking event. Lies which continued for more than 30 years.

There were 3 editions of that book (1986, 1988 and 1990) and in 1990 Brian’s book Liverpool FC: Champions of Champions was published with a Foreword by former manager, Bob Paisley OBE:

A further book on the entire history of Liverpool FC was published in 1993 called Ee Aye Addio – We’ve Won the Cup! which provided a ground-breaking concept of a match report for every FA Cup match played by the club which was also set in its historical context.

In 1999 Brian started an online educational company called Einsteinonline.co.uk which was at least a decade ahead of its time because the bandwidth in those days couldn’t easily provide for the rich graphics and interactive daily questions aimed at primary school children.

Following his fraudulent dismissal from Lambeth in London, UK, where he worked as a Head teacher and reported child abuse), he wrote about his experiences in From Hillsborough to Lambeth in 2012. The book was unlawfully banned at the High Court and Brian was unlawfully imprisoned for a month. He realised that the sentence was an indication from the “authorities” that he should “keep his mouth shut.” He didn’t, and has been persecuted by corrupt Agents of the State for over 20 years as they try to cover-up child abuse on a national scale.

In 2025, he published his autobiographical Child #38316 series in six volumes (he is currently working on volume seven – Book One is shown below.)

Article 3 European Convention on Human Rights

‘No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.’

Under Article 3 the government has:

  • a positive obligation to protect people from inhuman and degrading treatment (i.e. not just a negative obligation not to inflict inhuman and degrading treatment), including inhuman and degrading treatment by State officials and private persons (i.e. people who are not State officials);
  • a duty to carry out effective and independent (in practical terms) official investigations into allegations or indications of such treatment;
  • a duty to carry out such investigations in response to complaints or where no complaint is made but where there are sufficiently clear indications of inhuman and degrading treatment;
  • a duty to carry out such investigations with ‘promptness and reasonable expedition‘;
  • a duty to carry out investigations that are capable of identifying and punishing those responsible (i.e. an official investigation which is not allowed to allocate blame – a common tactic – does not fulfil the government’s legal obligations under Article 3);
  • a duty to allow the victim to ‘participate effectively in the investigation in one form or another‘.

It can be seen that the Government has failed in its legal duties to Brian Pead and vicariously his family. Governments are supposed to protect citizens against inhuman treatment, they are supposed to carry out independent investigations, they are supposed to respond to claims of breaches of Article 3 promptly, they are supposed to identify culprits of wrongdoing, and they are supposed to allow the victim to participate effectively in all investigations. Clearly, none of this has happened in Brian Pead’s cases and the persecution continues after 20 years.

Brian says, “It is clear to me as 2026 draws to a close, that neither King Charles nor the Government has any intention whatsoever of providing redress for the catalogue of human rights abuses perpetrated against me and my family by association. As my friend, Norfolk farmer Tony Martin said to me:

‘The law is playing with people’s lives – this is not Democracy; it is the action of a sinister regime. Many decent people experience fear – not just from criminals but also from the police. We are not being policed – we are being oppressed. We must continue the fight against the oppression we are suffering from in this country.

I say we must not surrender to this oppression for our children’s sake. I implore you not to hide away but speak up before it’s too late. As things stand today, it will only get worse. You are being deceived by rhetoric.

When you hold them to account, the police and politicians go into a state of denial.’

Mr Martin was right and he was targeted because he had insight into police and judicial corruption and into how this country really works and so the authorities sought to silence him.

In March 2026, Brian embarked upon a series of Open Letters to King Charles III informing the monarch about persecution by the State and lawfully putting him in possession of incontrovertible evidence of Fraud & Corruption. As we have seen above, under the terms of Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights and other international law, the King is duty bound to call for an immediate investigation into the abuses and required to install Brian Pead as part of the investigation team. Below is the first page of a 20-page Open Letter to King Charles dated 15 March 2026 informing him of considerable human rights abuses of him and his family, but the King had failed to respond by September 2026, when this website was launched:

The Letters will be published in 2027 in a volume called The King and I – Twenty Years of Persecution by the State and still counting.
